From this picture you can see that I was not ready to compete. Too many competitors go into shows thinking they are lean enough to compete. Don't make this mistake! Diet is the most important factor. It doesn't matter how hard you train. Too many calories and you won't lose weight and too few calories and your metabolism will slow down and you will stop losing weight. I tried losing weight for years with no luck. Terry is the best, he trains only women and understands their bodies. Once I started following his diets my body changed drastically as you can see from my pics.

Diet is the absolute key! I never though I would ever step on a figure stage. I just wanted to lose a few pounds and get in shape. I didn't realize that the proper diet could transform by body.
